That is the case with gall bladder disease, delayed stomach discharge, malabsorption, diarrhea, fatty liver, etc.
Diseases of the gall bladder - When people suffer from gall stones or gall bladder disease - inflammation of the gall bladder and inflammation of gall ducts –it is usually recommended low-fat diet / diet, which is trying to avoid complications. In the acute phase the diet is light, mainly consisting of carbohydrates, with less fibrous material, and after the settling of symptoms, proteins are added to the expanded the menu. Meals must meet nutritional needs of ill person, with that in some cases the doctor may advise the use of nutritional supplements specifically for women in reproductive age and people who suffer from malabsorption. Do not take too hot or too cold dishes. You should eat more often, but not one meal too large. After a large meal it is well to lie down for at least half an hour, and on the gall bladder area it is needed to put a warm compress or hot water bottle. Warm wraps of horsetail, to be left for half an hour or longer if the patient is comfortable. When pain attacks you should limit the food on sweetened tea, fruit juices and skim milk, and is best to refrain from food.
Bile is created in the liver. It is a golden alkali liquid of bitter taste. Ingredients of bile are water, a little mucus, some salts, bile acid and bile colors. Its main ingredients are bile acid, whose role in the decomposition of fats and helping some ferments of pancreas juice to work.
The gallbladder can ignite and cause the appearance of intense pain under right rib arch. From bile components can be created stones in the bladder. If the stone goes into gall bladder duct it can cause very severe pain in the attacks. In the case of frequent pain you should contact the surgeon.

Bile ducts are located in the liver and outside it, and are collecting and carrying the bile into duodenum. In the liver there are bile capillaries and canals of which occur productive ducts. Bile ducts, which are outside the liver, are divided into major and minor. The main are hepatic duct and bile duct. Supporting are the gall bladder and its duct. Liver has two short ducts, which combine to build a liver duct 3-4 cm long. This duct connects with the gall bladder productive duct and builds a larger duct, about 5 cm in length, called the bile duct. Bile duct goes into the duodenum. Gallbladder collects bile outside the period of digestion. It is attached to the lower side of the liver. It is pear shaped and has a capacity of about 40 cm3. Gall bladder is from the inside covered with lining that is ribbed.
Gallbladder (Latin Vesica fellea) is a pear-shaped organ that serves as a reservoir for bile, which is concentrated in it and becomes three to four times thicker than the one that comes from the liver.
Gallbladder is from 8-11 cm long and is located on the lower side of the right and liver lobe. The liver continuously secretes bile, regardless of digestion and that bile leaves the liver through the hepatic channel and goes through the bile channel into the duodenum. If there is no digestion, sphincter is closed and bile must go back to the gall bladder where water is removed from it. In this way it becomes more concentrated and capable of degrading entered food.
The gallbladder contains about 50 ml of bile, which is released when food containing fat enters the digestive tract, stimulating the secretion of cholecystokinin.
Gallbladder have vertebrate (except horses and rats), while invertebrates do not possess gallbladder.
